TAGS - Please read this section carefully.  To save time (i.e, having the Judge writing down results), this show uses the business card system.  Each entrant will need to provide a business card sized piece of paper (available at most office supply stores, the dimensions must be 2” x 3.5” – DO NOT USE 3x5 INDEX CARDS!) to be placed with each of their models when they are put in the ring to be judged.  The cards should not be attached to the model, but placed in a manner that it should be obvious that a card belongs to a particular model. On one side of the card neatly type or print the model’s name and your initials (which will be assigned by the show coordinator), and on the other side, list the model’s breed, gender and age (foals in months, all others in years) (for all divisions except OF Collectables).  The Judge will collect the cards for the models they place, noting on the card the placing.  These will be stapled together in order of placing by the Judge, and attached to their overall judging card.  So – you will need a card for each model for each class they enter. As usual, no card, no placing.  Cards are not needed for callback, as the leg tag will be sufficient.  WHILE BEING JUDGED, TAGS MUST GO BREED SIDE UP OR THE MODEL MAY BE DISQUALIFIED.

 As an entrant, it may not seem important to you to follow these directions.  However, to make things easier for the judge, and those who type the results, please follow the examples below.  If you do not, the proper information may not be recorded in the results.  Example of card (not in scale):
