Show Entry Fees

 

Payment of the Open Show, and/or Novice/Youth Show entitles the entrant to the use of ½ of a table measuring approximately 2.5’ x 7’ for that day.  Those who are proxy showing please note that table space is NOT included.  Showers may sell from their tables at no extra charge.  For those who would like a full table, please double your entry fee.  

Vendor space is limited.  Vendors must bring their own table – it may measure NO MORE THAN 3’ x 3’.  If you would like to be an authorized dealer, please contact the show coordinator for fees and arrangements.  

Please note:  all fees paid after 2/23/08 must be made by Paypal, Money Order, or in cash.  As MAR tends to sell out, please contact Show Coordinator for space availability if you are entering after 2/23/08 .  

Due to table/space limitations, there is a limit of approximately 50 participants (showers and vendors) per day.

To participate in the RESS Challenge (if held) there may be additional fees to be determined.  

MAR ENTRY INFORMATION

A complete entry MUST include ALL of the following:

1.     Completed, LEGIBLE and signed Entry Form.

2.     Proper entry fee – check or Money Order made out to:  “Elizabeth W. Andrews/MAR” – no postdated checks or partial payments.  Or Paypal to:  Betsy_Andrews@hotmail.com.  All payments made after 2/23/08 MUST BE MADE BY MONEY ORDER, CASH, OR PAYPAL, except day of show entries (space permitting – you must check with Show Coordinator), which must be paid in CASH.

3.     If you don’t have email, please include a business size self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE), PLUS four extra loose first class stamps. 

If any of the above is missing, your entry will be held until it is complete.  Fees will be calculated when the entry is complete.  Once your entry is processed, there are no refunds.  

The Show Coordinator cannot be held responsible for entries that do not reach her by the deadlines.  So please mail early!   Mail all entries to:

Send only by first class mail; mail will NOT be picked up at the Post Office.  Please don’t call the show coordinator, but either email or send any questions with a SASE.  Results – will be available on the website within about 6-8 weeks after the show, or via mail, if you provide the SASE.  

NAMHSA membership is pending.  If approved, if your model places 1^st or 2^nd in any open classes it is eligible to show at NAN in ’08 and ’09, and/or participate in their Merit Award program.  Novice/Youth, Fantasy and Fun classes are not NAN-qualifying unless noted.
